All sales for outlet items are final. We do not accept returns but will gladly offer an exchange for merchandise that is faulty.
We will accept exchanges on faulty merchandise within a seven (7) day time period from date of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. If the same item is not available, we will issue a refund to your account.
Requests for exchanges on damage items must be received within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of shipment. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged items and your order number.
